Chili – und Currrywurst (VEGAN)

Auf die schnelle noch eine kleine Party-Snack Inspriration. Vor allem für Silverster-Party-Gastgeber sehr geeignet

Make your Party german – one of our favourite Snacks here in Germany is Currywurst. If you’ll have a New Year’s Eve Party today this is a very good Party Food receipt. You can make it with real sausage or with wheat meat sausages. I have made two different dips: a Original German Currywurst-Dip and a Chili-Dip

You need/Zutaten (für 4 Personen):

Ketchup
0,5 Liter Tomatensaft (Tomato-Juice)
Tomatenmark (Tomato Paste)
Curry
Essig (Vinegar)
Worcester
Zucker (sugar)
Tabsaco
Chili
Salz (Salt)
Monadmin (cornflour)
Pfeffer (Pepper)
Knoblauch (Garlic)
mind. 8 Saitenwürste oder mind. 6 Bratwürste / 8 Saitan-Sausages or German Bratwurst

Saitanwurst kannst Du selber machen oder kaufen. Ich habe sie gekauft. Hier ist ein Video wie man sie selber macht.

Für den Chilidip: (english translation below)

Tomatensaft mit 2 EL Tomatenmark etwas Tabasco würzen und auf 2 Schüsseln verteilen. In die eine Schüßel 3 EL Ketchup geben in die andere 1EL.

Chilipulver oder 2 gehackte Chilischoten mit 180 ml Wasser, einer kleingehackten Knoblauchzehe, 2 TL Salz, etwas Pfeffer, 3 Esslöffel Zucker und 2 Esslöffel Essig und 1 EL Monadmin aufkochen. Rühren. Vom Herd nehmen, etwas abkühlen lassen. Dann zu der Sauce mit weniger Ketchup geben. Gut Rühren. Fertig ist die Chilisauce. Alternativ Asia-Chilisauce mit Ketchupmischen vermengen.

Die andere Schüssel mit Currypulver (mind 2 EL), 4 Tropfen Worcester, 1 EL Essig verrühren – Fertig ist die Currysauce. Nun noch die Würste anbraten und dann zerschneiden. Sauce drüber. Schmeckt besonders gut mit Pommes.

For the chilli dip :

Spice tomato juice with Tabasco. Give two Tbsp Tomato Paste in it.Stir. Spread over 2 bowls. In one bowl you give 3 tablespoons ketchup in the other one 1 tablespoon.

Boil chili powder or 2 chopped chillies with 180 ml of water, a chopped clove of garlic, 2 teaspoons salt, some pepper, 3 tablespoons sugar and 2 tablespoons of vinegar and 1 tablespoon cornflour. Stir. Remove from heat, let cool slightly. Then add to the sauce with less ketchup. Good stirring. Finish is the chili sauce. Alternatively you can use Asian chili sauce mix with the ketchup mixing.

The other bowl ist for the Orginal German Curry Wurst Dip:

Add curry powder (at least 2 tablespoons), 4 drops of Worcester, mix 1 tablespoon vinegar. And two tsp sugar. Stir. Finish is the curry sauce.

Now just fry the sausages and cut them after in small pieces. Sauce over it.

Tastes especially good with fries.
