You would like to have something very special and deicate for your or your best friends birthday-party!?! What about Ginger-Vanilla-Liquer?? it is so delicious

What you need:
- Vodka
- Vanilla bean
- Ginger (a little bit more than thumb-sized/ 100g)
- Lemon (eco), press it and lemon zest
- sugar (must be 1/3 of the bottle)
- empty bottle
At now lets make Ginger-Vanilla-Liqueur
cut the ginger
cook the ginger with water (also round about 1/3 of the bottles size)
add the lemons zest, the lemon juice and the sugar into the cooking water
wait until the sugar is liquid. Than put the pot from the hotplate and add the Vodka.
sieve it
But the Liquid into a bottle with the Vanilla-Bean
Allow to infuse a few days and have fun after. Do not forget to buy pain-reliever for the day after Ginger-Vanilla-Liqueur 😉
