1 Tsp Backpulver/baking pouder 
1 packet Vanilliezucker/ Vanilesugar
1 EL Mandel gemahlen/ground almonds
50 g Zartbitterschokolade/ chocolate
Schokoschrift Farbe oder Kuvertüre in weiß und dunkel
Für “aufgeschlitzten” Kuchen rote Lebensmittelfarbe
